Very lacklustre service. Anything you ask for starts with a no. Like no universal adapter, no cabs when you are to get to the office. The restaurant staff just doesn't understand what it is that we want. They will cook their style and you will have to eat what they get. No respect for time. They believe in doing everything in their own sweet time. Had to miss breakfast several times because the food was not right or the service was too late. Even the take away coffee wasn't closed properly and all the coffee was dripping. To save costs they give coffee sachets and sugar sachets half used by previous guests. Nearby courtyard is way ahead in service and quality

The convention center is excellent, neatly maintained. What truly impressed me was the chef's preparation of vegetarian cuisine. Despite dining in numerous hotels, even other top-tier ones, I've never encountered such delectable food. Additionally, valet parking is provided at this conveniently situated location on ORR.

I’ve stayed at 6 hotels in 3 months throughout India, all 4-5 star ratings. This hotel is so superior to all the others, it’s difficult to even compare. The staff provides friendly and impeccable service, the hotel is modern, spacious, extremely clean, and conveniently located to many eating option within walking distance. This is a true 5 star hotel! Oh…and Sherya was such a pleasure!
